The Beauty in Photographing Childhood
This past weekend I held Christmas Mini Sessions in the studio. It was really great fun! I got to see baby’s changing, families growing, and meet a few new faces! I am going to post all my favorites from the day soon, but this sweet candid moment happened at the end of his family’s session and I just wanted to share. The truth is there is enormous beauty in photographing childhood. Just the innocence of this little guy’s face peeking out the window is really captivating. As a child photographer, its a tough balance to know when to turn up the personality or turn it down and just watch. This was defiantly a watching moment. Caught in the stillness and wonder of this little boy beginning to see and understand the world around him.
